This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) supplements our [Privacy Policy] and applies to “consumer health data” as defined under applicable laws, including the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada privacy laws.

Purposes for Collecting and Using Consumer Health Data

  • To provide detoxification and residential treatment services.

  • To process admissions, billing, and insurance claims.
