Arbitration Notice

Section 15 (Dispute Resolution) of these Terms contains a mutual arbitration agreement and class action waiver. By agreeing, you waive your right to a court hearing and jury trial. Any and all disputes will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration, and you waive your right to participate in a class action.

15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Arbitration must be initiated within one (1) year of the dispute.
Arbitration shall be individual; class actions are waived.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement.

If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder will remain enforceable.
Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.
These Terms apply only to use of the website and online services; they do not replace treatment agreements or HIPAA rights.
